A merry heart does

good like a medicine.

Nothing connects us better than tremendous food and drink prepared with the utmost of love and care.

All my life I’ve loved to cook and to host, so soon I want to invite you to my brand new Chef’s Table concept!

Wine.

Whilst still learning all the French and Italian varietals, my love for and collection of wine grows each day thanks to many wonderful visits to California’s Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

When rightly paired with a perfectly seasoned filet mignon or ribeye, or the right pasta with a zingy marinara, the world’s best reds absolutely bring joy to life!

  1. Chappellet Pritchard Hill Cabernet (Napa)

  2. Stag’s Leap Artemis Cabernet (Napa)

  3. Stag’s Leap FAY Cabernet (Napa)

Food.

Cooking is about love, pure and simple.

Love for the very best ingredients (including going to find them), the attention to detail, giving a damn about creating perfection for your guests and loved ones.

Whether it’s my famous lasagna, or filet mignons, ribeyes, risotto or even a superb salad, what makes the difference is the love you put into it.

Coffee.

The thing about coffee…

It’s not supposed to be “fast.”

Anymore than your best burger is supposed to be fast.

The whole point of life is to take in its moments, especially starting in the morning when you’re setting your mind and spirit for the day ahead. I’ve been freshly grinding my beans and slowly French Pressing my coffee for years now. It’s a totally different experience that is purposefully intended to frame your day in a more powerful, in control way.

Over the years I’ve tried coffee beans from all parts of the world, my favorites come from Guatemala with their wonderful chocolatey notes!

Dessert.

It all started with dessert.

It’s how I learned in the kitchen with my mom and mamaw… and then from girlfriends and adopted mothers along the way!

Whether it’s for a special occasion or just because, the care and love in a perfectly-made dessert simply cannot be beat!
