We're back with l'alphabet, today. (Did you know the "t" is silent in French?!?!?)

The letter "L."

"L" is for that endless L-o-o-p that our lives so easily get stuck in - which I feel leads to so much of our mental unwellness.

Major things that go untouched for decades or lifetimes even: unfulfillment, the doldrums (which can lead to depression)… anxieties. And so on.

We are meant to create new things. To innovate new, better experiences. To explore and experience the giant world out there. Not just mindlessly repeat the same exact days over-and-over-and-over-and-over again.
